Even if you've opened or used your item, you can return it to us, and we'll offer a partial to full refund based on the remaining product and the reason for your return.

  • We accept returns of both opened and used SniffElixir and HerbElixir products within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • You may receive a partial to full refund, determined by the amount of product remaining and the reason for the return.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns outside of this 30-day window.

Return Process:

  2. Provide Order Details: Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Ship Returns To: The return shipping address will be provided to you by us at the time of response to your return request. Please do not ship returns to any address without prior authorization.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will replace the damaged or defective item free of charge.
